The associates are very rude poor customer service, not even the manage has any customer service, surely not going back to that location after that experience.
The associates are about as rude as they come. They are less than unhelpful and the looks on their faces seem like they're very dissatisfied with life. I also think it's utterly ridiculous that you can't try on clothes. It's a hassle to return things which is something that occurs naturally considering their providers sizes vary greatly. You get what you pay for, I guess.
Not a fan of this location. Very poor customer service. I shop at Discovery all of the time and the workers aren't customer service oriented at this location. Very unprofessional.
This is my favorite, and possibly the nicest Discovery. The store is a great place to go if you are looking for cheap basics (tanks, tees, leggings, etc), a fun one-time wear dress for the club, or accessories for a specific look. The store is filled with options, all at very low prices. There isn't a huge range of sizes, but the store gets new trendy looks in almost daily. Be prepared to take home anything that you might want to keep in multiple sizes to try on...there are NO FITTING ROOMS in any of their stores. They have a reasonable return policy, allowing you to bring anything back with the receipt for a full refund within 14 days. The staff are very used to it and friendly with the process. This helps keep prices low. This location has a decent shoe selection.
While there are not fitting rooms, you can bring back your purchases (with tags on) for a full refund. I think you have 30-days to return. The selection is nice and prices very reasonable. 80% of the selections seem to be for smaller woman (XS-M). The selection for L-Plus sizes in minimal. Nice selection of jewelry and shoes.
