Went to Rogan on Buffalo Grove. All sales people sending around talking to each other. Asked about a shoe I saw on line and where I could find it. I was told even before I said Brand and model of shoe was we don't cary all of the shoes we show on line. I said ok. But if you did where would it be in this store? He reluctantly showed me where the shoe was. I bought it but I should have probably left and gone elsewhere. DISAPOINTING.
